Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tod & Tom, we design thoughtfully and produce intentionally. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help — while also encouraging mindful purchasing and reducing unnecessary waste.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hellotodandtom@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

The restocking fee is waived when:

  • An exchange is requested instead of a refund

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • An incorrect item was sent due to our error

Restocking fees are applied per order, not per item.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee

  • Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will ship promptly

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tod & Tom is not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
